Refund & Cancellation Policy
We like to help our clients as much as possible, and therefore have a generous cancellation policy. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order or from the date of receipt of your returned product.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. ITBreak prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased as an overall policy.
Registration Fee Cancellations received in writing at the database  Office thirty (30) days prior to the database commencement date will receive a refund less a handling fee  including GST. No refunds will be made before 20 days of each database, Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. Please note no refunds or discounts will be made if an  inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled. The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
If events are cancelled or postponed by ITBreak Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the booking terms of the event.
