Terms of Usage Policy

This Terms of Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Case Studies Database ("Database") provided by https://nolege.in, a service operated under the aegis of IT Break Com Pvt Ltd ("Company"). By subscribing to and using the Database, you ("Subscriber") agree to these terms.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
1.1. The Database and its contents are the sole and exclusive property of the Company. The Subscriber is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Database for the duration of the subscription period. 1.2. The Subscriber shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Database, except as permitted under this Policy.
2. Subscription Term and Usage
2.1. The subscription to the Database is valid for one (1) year from the date of subscription. 2.2. The Subscriber is not permitted to store, record, or retain any part of the Database in any physical or digital form beyond the duration of the subscription. 2.3. On termination or expiry of the subscription, the Subscriber must cease all use of the Database and delete or destroy all copies of the Database materials in their possession.
3. Account Security and Fair Usage
3.1. The Subscriber agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their user ID and password and is prohibited from sharing these credentials with anyone outside their institution. 3.2. The Subscriber is responsible for all activities that occur under their account and must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. 3.3. The Subscriber agrees to use the Database only for lawful purposes and solely for their own internal, non-commercial use. The Subscriber shall not use the Database for any commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from the Company.
4. Limitations on Liability
4.1. The Company makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Database contents. 4.2. The Company, its management, staff, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Database. 4.3. The Company shall not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the contents of the Database, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. 4.4. While the Company takes reasonable steps to ensure the quality of the Database, it shall not be responsible for any factual errors, omissions, or any loss or damage that may arise from the use of the Database. 4.5. The total liability of the Company for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount the Subscriber paid for the subscription to the Database.
5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1. The Subscriber is prohibited from engaging in any activity that compromises the security of the Database or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Database or its related systems or networks. 5.2. The Subscriber shall not use the Database in a manner that overburdens, or that threatens the integrity, performance, or availability of the Database.
6. Amendments to the Policy
6.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The Subscriber's continued use of the Database after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
By subscribing to and accessing the Database, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If the Subscriber does not agree to this Policy, they must not access or use the Database.
